This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you ask for a quotation, use the savings calculator or raise a service request, we record the name, mobile number, email address, city and system details you type in. Our web server also records the usual technical details of a visit - the address of the page, the time, and the network address the request came from.
Why we collect it
Only to answer your enquiry: to call you back, prepare a proposal, carry out a site survey, complete a subsidy or net-metering application on your behalf, and to service the plant afterwards.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except where the work itself requires it - the distribution company for a net-metering application, the national PM Surya Ghar portal for a subsidy claim, a bank if you have asked us to arrange finance, and our own installation and service team. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while they are being worked on and for as long afterwards as our accounts and warranty obligations require. Customer records are kept for the life of the plant, because warranty and service claims depend on them.

Write to us at the email address on the contact page to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We will act on it.
